间歇性热处理对齐整小核菌核生活力的影响

摘要 该文作者通过对用不同营养基质培养出的齐整小核菌菌核作间歇性热处理,其试验结果表明: 菌核致死温度为55℃10分钟;但五种培养基中培养出的菌核在热处理中萌发无显著差异。 The experiment that trim nucleolus bacteria cultured in different nutrition basai bodies are given inter-mittent heat treatment indicates that sclerotia will be killed under high temperature and few genninate under low temperature , but no marked difference of germinating exists in these different sclerotia during heat treatment.
