“三个代表”重要思想是加强和改进党的建设,推进我国社会主义自我完善和发展的强大思想武器,是党必须长期坚持的指导思想。先进文化是人类文明进步的结晶,是推动人类社会前进的精神动力和智力支持。兵团文化是有中国特色社会主义文化的组成部分,要把兵团文化建设成为先进文化,就必须把握“始终代表先进文化的前进方向”的深刻内涵,坚持文化创新,始终代表先进文化的的发展方向,建设具有兵团特色的文化。

The important thought of 'three represents' is a powerful weapon to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party, promote self- improvement and development of our socialism. It is also the guiding ideology that the Party must follow for a long time. The advanced culture is the crystal of mankind's civilization, and is the spirit motive force and intelligence supporting to push the mankind society on. The XPCC culture is the component of socialism culture with Chinese characteristics.
