钢丝绳输送带生产中原钢丝绳长度计量装置结构过于简单 ,计量数值偏差大 ,上下波动没有规律 ,造成钢丝绳严重浪费 ,且工人劳动强度大 ,为了解决问题 ,重新设计了钢丝绳长度计量机 ,并对各部分的功能进行介绍。经使用证明 ,计量准确 ,性能稳定 ,完全能满足生产时对钢丝绳计量精度的要求。

The structure of original wire rope length measuring apparatus used in wire rope transformation belt production is too simple. The apparatus has big measuring data deviation,and the data wave without rule,which leads in serious waste of wire rope and heavy work to workers. In order to settle the problem,the length measuring machine for wire rope is designed and the function of its parts is introduced. It is proved by use that the measuring machine can measure accurately,has stable property,and can meet the requirement of metrological accuracy of wire rope for production entirely.
