简化型交互捻设备

摘要 影响帘线芯股捻距大小的主要因素为牵引线速度、旋转体转速、加捻段的距离和捻向。介绍传统型与简化型交互捻设备的设计布局和捻制原理。在不改变牵引的情况下 ,利用过捻器代替芯机装置 ,通过设备参数比较 ,得到两种设备的预制芯股的捻距与成品帘线中芯股的捻距一致 ,断头率明显下降。 The main factors affecting lay length of core strand of steel cord are draught speed, rotating speed of revolver, distance of laying, twist direction. Design layout and laying principle of tradition and simplified equipment for interactive laying are introduced. Using over-laying machine replaces core-stranded machine without changing draught. Comparing parameters of two equipments, lay length of core strand prefabricated and finished that was layed by two equipments are same. The end breakage rate decreases evidently.
