摘要
观测在连铸小方坯一火成材SWRH82B盘条生产高强度低松弛预应力混凝土结构用钢丝和钢绞线的过程中时常出现断裂现象 ,并分析其原因。研究认为断裂的主要原因是原材料成分偏析、组织异常和盘条表面缺陷及制品厂生产过程中焊接方面的不良操作。
To examine and test the fracture usually appearing in the course of production of high strength low relaxation PC steel wire and wire strand with continuous cast little billet single heated finishing SWRH82B wire rod,and analyze its fracture cause. It is considered by research that the main cause of fracture is composition segregation,abnormal microstructure and surface defect of wire rod and bad operation of welding in production of PC steel wire in products factory.
