摘要
本文探讨了大速比(i≥71)针摆行星减速器中采用复合齿形摆线轮的问题,建立了以短幅外摆线的等距曲线为摆线轮的顶部齿廓时,能实现较光顺连接的顶部齿廓曲线参数的数学模型.运用此法与优化方法,可方便地求得与给定根部摆线齿廓能较光顺连接的顶部齿廓曲线参数.
Enquires into the problem of a new compound profile of cycloid disks in high speed ratio(i≥71)cycloidal gearing.A epuidistant curve of curtate epicycloid is used to replace the top of the present compound profile of the cycloid disk,which is connected quite smoothly. and a mathematical model is presented.By this model and the optimum method.the parameteof the curtate epicycloid can easily,be obtained,and the curtate epicycloid is used as the top of the compound profile of cycloid disks with smooth connection.
