摘要
加入WTO后,河北省必须走“跨越式发展”道路,河北省实现跨越式发展的路径应当是:一是以WTO作为经济发展的新平台;二是发展教育,提高国民素质和创新能力;三是发展传统农业和服务业与发展以信息技术为核心的知识经济并举。
After the entry into WTO,leaping development is the best choice for Hebei Province and the modes of leaping development should be as follows:first,to take WTO as a platform for economic development ;second,to develop education and promote people's quality and their creative ability;third,to development tradetional agriculture service level and knowledge-based economy with IT as the core.
