我国广大农村劳动力剩余现象十分突出,加入WTO后,农村劳动力将流向何方,是一个值得探索的问题。本文针对农村劳动力素质低、人员多和我国社会经济发展状况,提出了解决农村剩余劳动力的八大途径。

There are now many surplus labor in China's rural areas. With the entry into WTO, the flow of rural labor has become an deplorable issue. Aimed at the low quality but more amount rural labor and based on the current social and economical development situation, this thesis advances eight solutions to rural surplus labor problem.
