文章对我国人均GDP核算中用常住人口作为人口总数指标出现的问题及其原因进行了分析,然后提出了用现有人口作为人口总数指标的修正方法,并对修正前后的人均GDP进行了比较分析。

This essay offers an analysis on both the problems caused by usin g permanent residents as the total population quota in the assessment of GDP per c apita and its reasons as well. Amendments are put forward that present populati on be used as the total population quota. Meanwhile, a comparison between the f ormer GDP per capita and amended GDP per capita is provided.
