摘要
以杂交组合科丰 1号× 1138- 2为材料 ,从其P1、P2 、F2 :3、以及由F2 衍生的 2 0 6个重组自交系的抗性鉴定结果表明 :广谱抗源科丰 1号对新发现的大豆花叶病毒SC - 8强毒株系群的抗性受单个显性基因控制 ,从而扩展了对科丰 1号这一广谱性抗SMV材料抗性遗传的研究结果。
The responses of P 1, P 2, F 2:3 , and RIL lines to SC-8 strain group in the soybean cross of Kefeng No.1×1138-2 were tested. The result showed that the resistance to SC-8 in Kefeng No.1 was controlled by a dominant gene which was designated as RSC-8 here. It demonstrates that in combining with other resistance studies, single dominant gene resistance is a basic genetic mechanism in the resistance of soybeans to SMV strains and that Kefeng No.1 is an elite resistance source to multiple soybean mosaic viruses It could be used in soybean breeding programs.
