摘要
学生主体作用在体育教学中起至关重要的作用,俱乐部制的教学模式因其较好地发挥了学生主体作用而被中国高校广泛接受.但俱乐部制教学模式的实现受诸多物质条件限制,尚有部分高校条件不足以支撑俱乐部的教学.本文设计了在不打破教学班的前提下,实行班内选项进行主体体育教学的方案,并进行了为期两年的教学实验,结果显示实施班内选项形式主体教学能有效地提高学生身体素质和机能.笔者认为班内选项形式主体教学也不失为好方法.
Student's role as the main body of learning process is crucial to teaching of physical education. The model of club system is good to deal with the problem, which is being widely accepted by more and more universities in China. However whether a university suits to bring the model of club system or not is limited by some objective conditions. At preset, some universities can't suit to put this model into effect. The article designs a program in which every student can choose a sports event in the class and take group instruction in physical education. After two years' experiment, it shows that bringing the program into effect can improve student's body construction and function.
