铜盐-亚硒酸室温发黑体系的研究

摘要 以铜盐-亚硒酸钢铁室温发黑体系为研究对象,从热力学角度对铜盐-亚硒酸钢铁室温发黑体系的发黑机理进行了研究,对影响发黑质量的因素和改善发黑膜性能的途径进行了探讨。将稀土复合添加剂引入铜盐-亚硒酸发黑体系中,对改善膜层微观组织结构,提高发黑膜的结合力、耐蚀性起到了积极的作用。 In this paper, the authors discuss the blackening mechanism of the copper salt-selenious acid blackening system on iron and steel at room temperature by energetics theorem, and analyse the influence for blackening quality and the approach to raise blackening quality. Adding the rare-earth composite additives into the copper salt-selenious acid blackening system is of active influence for increasing the blackening quality. The experimental results show that the performance of blackening film obtained with this black solution is excellent.
