摘要
提出了内燃机万有特性实验数据的曲面造型处理方法,并首次使用大型工程软件I-deas8.0对SY495Q型汽油机的台架实验数据进行了处理,验证了该方法的可行性,本方法可有效降低台架实验的难度,对内燃机潜在特性的识别也优于现行方法。
In this paper, ' the processing method of curved surface moulding for experimental data of universal characteristics in IC Engine' is put forward, and the large engineering software 'Ⅰ-deas 8.0' is used to process the experimental data of the stand of a 495-type gasoline engine. Thus, the feasibility of this method is verified. This method can decrease the difficulty of the stand experiment effectively, and is better than the existing method for identification of the potential characteristics of IC engines.
