介绍了一种饰面膨胀型水性防火涂料,通过对5个配方的试验研究及物理化学性能测试结果的对比,筛选出最佳方案:成膜物苯丙乳液为25％;成炭催化剂多聚磷酸铵为22％;成炭剂季戊四醇和发泡剂三聚氰胺分别为6.0％和11.5％;颜填料选择了钛白粉为6.0％;助剂由分散剂六偏磷酸钠5.0％和乳化剂(OP-10)0.5％组成,适当选择了增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠和消泡剂甲基硅油的用量,该防火涂料适用于木材和钢铁基体,是一种有应用推广价值的防火涂料。

A composition of waterborne bubbling finishing fireproof coating is introduced. In order to get a reasonable composition, the physical and chemical performances of five compositions are compared and the best one is selected. It is styrene acrylic emulsion as base component 25%; ammonia polyphosphate as catalyst 22%; pentaerythritol as forming carbon agent 6.0%; melamine as bubbling agent 11.5%; titanium white as pigment and filler 6.0%; sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersing agent 5.0%; emulsifier OP-10 0.5%; thickening agent and debubbling agent are suitable to choice. In this composition, the coating can be applied at room temperature. It's suitable for timber, iron and steel and other materials. It is very practical and useful.
