摘要
阐述灌区水价存在的问题,提出思路和对策,通过水价改革,形成灌区管理单位自我维持的能力,达到良性运行的目的,保障可持续发展.
The existing problems of the water price of irrigation areas is stated.The thought of water price reform and the countermeasure are put forword.We can make the maintenance of the management units of irrigation areas oneself by the water price reform and make them work better,develop sustainably.
