摘要
网络环境下图书馆员工的培训是图书馆员工素质现状的必然要求。要保证培训持续进行,需要建立员工培试机制,把培训与组织创新结合起来,并积极鼓励员工自主培训。
Under the net-work circumstances,training librarians becomes very important. To keep the training continuing, we should set up a training system. That is, we should motivate librarians to take part in this training actively by combining the training with their organizational creation, at the same time, we should encourage the librarians to be self-trained actively.
