婚约,自古有之,我国建国以来的两部婚姻法都没有关于婚约的规定,但实际生活中却大量存在。从分析婚约的概念及其特征、性质及其类型入手,探讨我国法律和政策对婚约的态度及其解除后的财产处理,以减少实际生活中的矛盾和纠纷。

Engagement has existed since ancient times. Engagement was not regulated in 1950' s and 1980's Law of Marriage.But it has existde in life now and then. I'll make research on the definition, the feature, the nature of engagement and its types, reduce the contradictory and disagreement in our social life.
