摘要
我国高等师范教育存在着重学科课程、轻职业技术教育的偏差,借鉴发达国家职业教育理念和我国传统梨园行业师徒传艺的育人方式,提出对师范专业实行专业化技术与技能教育的构想,旨在解决师范毕业生就业初技能缺乏的问题,极大限度地缩短成熟期。
This paper points out that in higher normal education in China, the subject education is emphasized while the vocational education belittled. By the reference of the developed foreign vocational education ideology and the Chinese traditionl teaching and learning mode, this paper provides a tentative thought of the combination of speciality and vocational techniques in teachers' colleges. By doing that, the inadequate skills of the graduates in teachers' colleges can be compensated for and the learning period can be shortened.
