摘要
目的 :了解文献报道中有关 β -七叶皂苷钠注射剂的各种不良反应 ,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :对国内近几年来应用 β -七叶皂苷钠注射剂出现不良反应的报道进行整理归纳和分析。结果 :β -七叶皂苷钠的不良反应主要有过敏反应、过敏性休克、肝损害、肾损害、心动过缓及静脉炎等。结论 :临床医师、药师应提高警惕 ,加强对其不良反应的监测和防治以确保用药安全。
OBJECTIVE:To know various adverse reactions caused by β-escin sodium in jection in the literatures,in order to give some references for rational drug usage in t he clinic.METHODS:by arranging,summing up and analyzing the reports of adv erse r eactions caused by β-escin sodium injection in recent years.RESULTS:Adver se rea ctions were as follows:allergic reaction,anaphylactic shock,hepatic lesion,kidne y damage,bradycardia and phlebitis.CONCLUSION:Clinicians and pharmacist s should be vigilant and strengthen to monitor,prevent and cure these adverse reactions,i n order to ensure the safety of this drug use.
