摘要
以体积成形有限元分析为基础 ,应用正交实验法针对泵体成形过程分析凸模和凹模的摩擦、模具的几何圆角、挤压速度对工件充满度和挤压成形过程中的最大载荷的影响 ,优化这些因素使得工件成形质量最优 ,压机载荷最小。将背压工艺应用于泵体成形过程 ,使得材料在成形过程中三相受压 ,从而获得优于未加背压时的型腔充满度和最大载荷。
The influence of friction of dies and punches, geometric fillets of dies and forging speed on the die filling degree and maximal load in the extrusion process is analyzed using the method of orthogonal experiments on the basis of FE analysis. To obtain better forming quality and lower press load these factors are optimized further. Applying inverse pressure technology to the forming process of a pump body, which results in the situation that the material is compressed from three orthogonal directions in the extrusion process, we find the higher die filling degree and the lower press load can be obtained with inverse pressure technology.
