摘要
分析了汽车覆盖件模具的结构和工艺特点 ,提出了基于零件分组和面向工艺决策的特征描述方法 ;介绍了CIMS环境下汽车覆盖件模具CAPP系统。该系统采用特征信息与工艺规则相匹配的基于规则的工艺决策方法 ,以及按零件特征搜索相似零件工艺的基于实例的工艺生成方法 ,实现了工艺设计的自动化。
This paper analyses the features of panel dies of motor body in structure and process planning, brings up a feature description method based on part group and oriented to process decision,introduces the CAPP system for panel dies of motor body. In this system, by way of matching feature message of parts with process decision rules and/or searching for the alike parts' process according to feature compare, an automatic process planning is achieved.
