摘要
最稀缺的能整合企业內外各种物质、人力、结构关系等资源的中层经理人对企业起着举足轻重的作用,所以对中层经理人这种人力资源的管理可以说是关乎企业的生死存亡。业绩绩效评价体系是企业人力资源管理极其重要的一部分。合理的经理人员业绩评价体系对于激励经理人起着举足轻重的作用。因此,应在企业建立以财务指标与非财务指标相结合的全面绩效评价体系,以达到对中层经理人员行为的控制与引导的目的。
Middle-level managers play a great role in the operation of a company, so company must pay attention to the management of the behavior of middle-level managers. However, the most important part in the human resource management system is the estimation of the achievement, which is how to estimate the performances of middle-level managers. Therefore, company has to build a full system for estimation, which includes the financial indexes and non -financial indexes.
