Analysis and Improvement for the setting-Pressure Accuracy of Piloted Relief Valve in Cement Concrete Spreader

本文根据水泥混凝土摊铺机工作机构液压系统恒压溢流阀的作用及其被控压力的数学模型分析 ,找出了影响溢流阀定压精度的因素 ,并提出提高溢流阀定压精度。

This paper studied and analyzed both the function of the constant pressure relief valve in the cement concrete spreader and the mathematical model the setting-pressure accuracy of piloted relief valve,and lastly some strategies and measures to improve the setting-pressure accuracy of piloted relief valve and the working quality of spreader were put forward.
