二斑叶螨在5种寄主植物上的实验种群生命表组建分析 被引量:16

摘要 在室温25℃、光照时间16h、湿度80%的条件下,组建二斑叶螨实验种群生命表。试验结果表明:二斑叶螨在四季豆、棉花、苹果、茄子、辣椒上的内禀增长率分别为0.2634,0.1788,0.2098,0.2280,0.1538,次代种群数量显著增长;在稳定种群年龄分布中,未成熟期在5种植物上分别占总量的88.3364,85.3054,84.9365,87.3782,86.8402%,成熟期相应的分别占总量的11.6636,14.6946,15.0635,12.6218,13.1598%;对致死率为99%的不良环境的反应时间都小于30d。 The life table of experimental population of two-spotted spider mite was established at constant temperature of 25℃,illumination time of 16 hours and humidity of 80 %. The result of experiment indicated that the innate capacity of increase was 0.263 4/d, 0.178 8/d, 0.209 8/d, 0.228 0/d and 0.1538/d on kidney bean, cotton, apple, eggplant and capsicum respectively, and the quantity of the offspring obviously increased. When the age distribution of experimental population was steady, the amount of the immature age would be 88.336 4 %, 84.936 5 %, 87.378 2 %, 85.305 4 % and 86.840 2 % on 5 host plants respectively and correspondingly the amount of the mature was 11.663 6 %, 14.694 6 %, 15.063 5,12.621 8 and 13.159 8 %. All of the reaction time was less than 30 days on 5 host plants when deadly rate of bad environment was 99 %.
