关于师德建设的探讨

On Improving Professional Ethics Of Teachers

本文针对当前广播电视大学师德建设中存在的育人意识不强、理想信念不坚、奉献精神不够和教风学风不实等问题 ,从教育环境、人才培养以及学校管理方面深入分析了这些问题产生的原因 ,并对加强和改进师德建设的有效途径进行了积极的探讨 ,提出了进行理论武装、建立师德评估体系、树立先进典型以及加强青年教师队伍建设等加强师德建设的具体措施。

Aiming at problems existing in professional ethics of teachers in BTU such as weak consciousness of nurturing talents , unsteady belief in education, lack of devotion and unpractical teaching style etc., this article deeply analyses the reasons from educational environment ,talent nurturing and school administration, discusses the effective solutions and puts forward practical measures like strengthening theoretical study, establishing evaluation system, fostering role models and putting emphasis on young teachers.
