激发高职学生学习积极性的思考

Reflection of Stimulating Autonomous Learning in Technical Education

学习积极性系指学习者在学习中表现出的主动、热情、努力进取的思想和外在表现。明确学习目的 ,激发学习动力 ,培养学习兴趣 ,提高和调动学生学习积极性 ,就能保证教学质量 ,提高教学效果。但目前有相当一部分高职生学习状况很不理想 ,基础较差、不刻苦学习、学习动力不足。本文针对学生学习情况问卷调查的结果 ,分析影响学生学习积极性的原因 ,探讨激发学生学习积极性的措施。

This article points out that learning involves the active, enthusiasm attitude the learner perform in study. Therefore, clarifying of learning objectives, activating of learning motivation, cultivating of learning interests are the most important factors in improving the quality of technical education. Based on analyzing of the students' current study situation, this article puts forward a way to explore the students potential study enthusiasm.
