摘要 近几年来 ,高职院校数量越来越多 ,高职生在大学生中的比例越来越大。由于社会、学校、家庭和个人因素的影响 ,有一部分高职生的自我意识存在偏差 ,表现在不能正确地认识自己 ,不能正确面对理想与现实的差距 ,自主性缺乏 ,自律性不足。各级部门和领导应重视对高职生自我意识偏差的克服和调适 ,帮助他们形成正确的自我概念 ,培养积极的情绪体验 ,主动、自觉去调控自己的行为。 The dramatically increasing enrollment of technical college students in recently years make the society, school, family and students themselves face a lot problems including aberration of the students' self-consciousness. This paper suggests that the aberration of higher technical college students' self-consciousness involves failing to recognize self and to confront the disparity between the reality and their ideals appropriately and lacking activeness and self-discipline. It also proposes that the college leaders at all levels should place weight on helping the students overcoming and adjusting of their problems in self-consciousness to form correct self-consciousness, to cultivate positive emotional experience, and to adjust their behaviors actively and consciously.
