The 6th China International Trade Fair for Bakery & Confectionery held in Shanghai had been considered to be a failed exhibition, because exhibition industry was influenced by SARS, including venues, organizers and suppliers, and yet they have a huge impact on the size and success of operations. This delayed fair for several months was arrangement during the 20 days time and it was actually efficient. Having achieved the desired result, this exhibition still has something to develop. When bakery industry develops rapidly, exhibition should play a more important role in international communication.
