摘要
在美国,每年由E.coliOl57:H7感染而造成的死亡人数约有60人,致病人数约有73000人.现已确定,健康牛体是病原菌的载体,绝大多数病例是由污染的水及食品所致.然而,由动物及其环境直接感染的病例越来越引起重视.绝大多数报告病例为单发性或散发性,只有少量病案开展了流行病学调查以确定危害因子.
