活塞销无屑加工 (冷挤压 )过程中 ,其坯料要经过表面润滑处理即磷皂化处理 ,往往出现磷皂化膜附着厚薄不均匀 ,产品质量不稳定 ,返工现象较严重。本文通过对磷皂化反应机理的分析及大量试验表明 ,磷皂化质量不稳定的产生主要与磷化工艺的控制有关。

During the processing of the piston pin cold extrusion, the base material of piston pin should be lubricated on its surface, and it often appears phosphorus enclose thin and thick by saponification membrane, unstable product quality, it is relatively serious to do it over again. This text through the analyses of mechanism reacting and a large amount of experiments to indicate that the production of the saponification of phosphorus with unstable quality relates to the control of the technology of phosphorusization mainly.
