摘要 毫米波天线罩是国外近期发展研究的新技术,是用于新一代高性能、毫米波精确制导武器的重要部件。本文通过对毫米波天线罩的特性和研制特点分析,介绍了毫米波天线罩的选材要则;以有机高聚物复合材料为技术途径,进行了材料设计、筛选和试验;采用整体一次加工成型技术,研制成FBC钝型(球-柱形)毫米波天线罩。制件不需二次机加工,热、电、结构、透波性能优良。 Millimeter wave (MMW) radome is a new technology deve-loped in recent years, mainly applied to precisely guided weapons. Tomanufact high quality MMW radome, some experiments were carried outto study the option and the design of MMW radome materials as well asfabricating art.According to the research of the basic principles of produ-cing MMW radome, FBC MMW radomes (sphere-cylinder shape) were fa-bricated from polymer composite materials by use of one-time-moldingtechniques.All the testing results showed that this kind of radome had notonly outstanding electromagnetic-transparent and mechanical performancesbut also high thermal resistante property.
