This paper describes the developing process of a Aluminiumhoneycomb sandwich structure with carbon fiber reinforced composite face-sheet bonded with Aluminium-foil from the view of technical process andtechnical devices. This structure had many pre-inlaid joints, required rigo-rous hole position, and was difficult to process.
