摘要
建立了固相微萃取技术与气相色谱 -质谱联用快速检测水中除草剂乙草胺的方法。对萃取时间、搅拌速度及离子强度等实验条件进行了优化。该方法的线性范围为 0 .2— 2 0 μg/ L;检出限为 0 .0 18μg/ L;相对标准偏差为 4 .6 %。该法可直接用于田间地面水中乙草胺的测定。
A new method for the rapid determination of herbicide acetochlor in water was developed by coupling solid-phase microextraction(SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Some SPME conditions such as extraction time,stirring speed,ionic strength were optimized.The linear range of herbicide acetochlor,detection limit and relative standard deviation are 0.2-20μg/L, 0.018μg/L and 4.6%,respectively.The method can be used for the determination of trace acetochlor in surface water.
