摘要
研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定涂料中的重金属 Pb,Cd,Cr和 Hg,确定了测定涂料中的重金属 Pb,Cd,Cr和 Hg的最佳条件。加标回收试验和实际样品测定结果表明 ,方法的回收率和精密度分别在 99.5 %— 110 .0 %和 0 .95 %— 1.98%范围 ,该方法快速、准确、可靠 ,各元素的检出限能满足涂料安全标准 ,适用于涂料的日常检验。
The contents of soluble Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg in coating on paint were determined simultaneously by ICP-AES.The matrix element effect was studied and experimental conditions were optimized.The recovery rates and precision of the method were in the range of 99.5%-110.0% and 0.95%- 1.98%,respectively.The method is simple and rapid with satisfactory results,and suitable for daily inspection of paint.
