摘要
采用紫外分光光度法研究了铬 ( )与明胶蛋白质相互作用。结果表明 :由于金属离子铬 ( )的存在 ,明胶— 2 82 nm向低波数方向位移 ,改变了明胶高分子的构象。
UV spectra were used to study the interaction between gelatin and metal ion chromium(Ⅲ).The results show that the band at 282nm shifts to lower wave length when the metal ion chromium(Ⅲ) was added due to the coordination,indicating the conformation of the polymeric chain of gelatin is changed.
