对抗战时期日伪新民会的性质作了初步探讨 ,从它的政治纲领、反动职能和组织机构来说明它是一个政党组织 ,而不是什么“民众团体”或“民意机关”等 ;并从它的形式内容和人员组成等各方面来阐明它的奴化性、官办性、虚伪性。

The writing investigates the new people association's nature which is traitor organization in the War of Resistance agaist Japan .It explains that the new people association is one political party from platform, activity and organization.,but is not one 'popular opinion organization 'and 'civic organization ',and expounds the new people association 's features which are slave nature ,government-operated nature ,spurious nature,spread wide from form contents and crew ,etc.
