Thoughts on Establishment of Law-enforcing Institution on Anti-monopoly in China

反垄断执法机构的科学设置及其职责的合理配置直接影响和制约反垄断法的有效实施。本文从国外反垄断执法体制的比较研究,我国现行反垄断执法体制及其存在问题,以及我国反垄断执法机构的具体设计三个方面加以探讨,提出完善我国的反垄断执法体制的构想。

The sensible establishment of law -e nforcing institution about anti -mo nopoly and the reason-able division of its duty would have a direct impact on the enforcement of Anti -monopoly Law.Through a deep research in the la w -enforcing system on anti -monopoly in some other countries,this article explores th e following several aspects:the cur rent law -enforcing sys-tem and its existing problems on anti-monopoly of our country,and the establishment of the law -enforcing institution on anti -monopoly in China,with a goal to bett er the law -enforc-ing system on anti -monopoly of our co untry.
