摘要
近年来,随着国家教育投资力度不断加大,加剧了高等学校之间的竞争;经济全球化给高等学校带来了巨大的冲击,如何在竞争和冲击中搞好教师队伍建设,是高等学校面临的一个重大课题。本文对目前高校师资队伍中存在的教师数量、综合能力、学历层次、师德、用人机制等问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的对策和建议。
In recent years,along with the great investment on the national educatio n continuously enlarge-ment,the competition between the un iversities;is becoming fieree.The cosmopolitan economy brings to university enormous impac t.How to make developments of good te acher troops at the competition with pound is an importa nt problem.This tpaperxt analyses t he teacher' s quanti-ty,synthesizes the ability,educational background,teachers virtue,and the mechanism of ap-pointing the teachers and brings up t he problem -solving counterplans an d suggestions.
