摘要 目的 探讨斑秃与血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的关系。方法 检测斑秃患者不同时期及正常人的TNF-α水平,追踪观察其病情变化。结果 斑秃患者TNF-α明显高于正常人群(P<0.01),而斑片型斑秃与全秃、普秃相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),活动期明显高于静止期(P<0.01),复发性斑秃高于非复发性斑秃(P<0.05)。结论 斑秃患者存在免疫功能异常,TNF-α与斑秃的发病和病情变化有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between alopecia areata and the serum tumor neerosis factor-α (TNF-α) level. Methods TNF-α levels were detected in the patients with alopacia areata at different stages. Results The TNF-α levels in the patients with alopecia areats were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P<0.01). No significant difference was found among alopecia areata, alopecia areata totalis and alopecia areats universalis groups (P>0.05), The TNF-α levels of the patients with alopecia areata at active stage was obviously higher than those at steady stage (P<0.01), and the TNF-α level in recurrent group was higher than in non- recurrent group (P<0.05). Conclusion The immune function of alopefia areata patients is abnormal, and the serum TNF-α level is related to the pathogenesis and illness state of alopecia areata.
