略说日本传统体育的“艺道”境界

On the Realm Art Culture In the Traditional Physical Culture of Japan

日本“艺道”文化包括传统体育的内容 ,而传统体育的“艺道”境界高深莫测 ,通过对“诚”和“空寂”的追求可以进入这种境界 ,而其中有 3个步骤不可或缺。本文通过分析这 3个步骤的并行关系 ,借以说明古代日本人为进入“艺道”境界所做的努力。

Japanese art culture embraces the traditional physical culture. In fac,t it is a much higher and complicated realm. Reaching of such a realm is only through seeking of “honest” and “empty”.Three steps of them are necessary. This essay discuss the three steps and their relation and people put in a lot of work in ancient Japan
