A Research on the Effect of the Physical Education at School to Students' Mentality Health Education

通过文献资料研究、社会调查、专家访谈和比较分析等研究方法 ,对我国部分地区中小学生心理健康状况进行了调查分析 ,并运用体育学、保健学、教育学和心理学等学科理论知识与研究成果 ,探讨了学校体育对中小学生心理健康教育影响的积极效应与促进作用。

By using the method of documentary and questionnaire, the author studies the present situation of the mental health of Chinese middle school and primary school students;and probes into the effect of physical education at school to students' mental health education.
