摘要
制动梁因形状不规则 ,几何精度一直靠人工检测。通过摆动夹具、柔性测头等专门设计 ,使测量装置和被测表面的位置关系不再受工件形状的影响 。
Manual operation has been employed in checking brakes of trains for geometric accuracy since its shape is too complex to be positioned mechanically. The automatic check is available now owing to the design of an oscillating fixture and a flexible checker etc..
