摘要 气压调节阈是一种保护刚性密封包装容器的密封、整体结构不被容器内外气压差及气压梯度损坏的气压平衡装置。本文在阐述气压调节阀的工作原理及性能特点的基础上,应用气动、密封理论,推导建立了气压调节阀设计计算数学型,为我国自行研制该类装置提供参考。 The pressure relief valve is a pressure equalizing device which pro- tects the airtight and structure of the rigidity airtight packaging con- tainer from damage caused by atmospheric pressure potential and gradient In fact,the device is worth applying in packaging abroad.This paper introduces the principle and performance of pressure relief valve in de- tail,and sets up the mathematical model for design and calculation of pressure relief valve on the basis of pneumatic and gastight theory in order to provide the theory basis for developing this kind of device by ourselves at home.
