两次参数设定在机械通气量调节和死腔通气量计算中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨机械通气量调节方法和死腔通气量计算方法。方法 应用定容型模式进行机械通气 ,通过两次呼吸机参数设定与动脉血气检查计算死腔通气容积 ,根据公式计算结果调节机械通气的呼吸频率与潮气量。结果 实验组与对照组分别有 91 4%和 70 4%的患者达到预期通气效果 ,两组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5) ;通气不足和通气过度的发生率分别为 1 7 1 %和 2 9 6 % ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5) ;平均检查动脉血气的次数分别为 3 4次和 4 6次。结论 在定容型模式的机械通气中 ,两次参数设定与公式计算法可准确、方便地调节机械通气的呼吸频率与潮气量 。 Objective To explore the values of paramter adjustment and dead space volume calculationn in mechanical ventilation Methods The patients were treated with mechanical ventilation in volume control mode The Volume of dead space was calculated by twice setting parameters of ventilation and detecting arterial blood gas The respiratory rate and tidal volume of mechanical ventilation were changed by formula Results The efficacy of mechanical ventilation in test group were significantly higher than those in control group(91 4% and 70 4%, P <0 05) The eefficacy of hypoventilation and hyperventilation in test group and control group were 17 1% and 29 6%,respectively However,no significant difference was found in the two groups( P >0 05) The average times of arterial blood gas detection in test group and control group were 3 4 and 4 6,respectively Conclusion The respiratory rate and tidal volume of mechanical ventilation can be exactly and conveniently adjusted by twice setting parameters and formula in volume control mode ventilation
