摘要
目的 观察应用标准化护理和尿激酶 2h静脉溶栓方法治疗急性肺血栓栓塞症病人的疗效。方法 经核素肺灌注显像、D 二聚体、彩色超声波及胸部CT等无创诊断技术确诊的 2 5例急性肺血栓栓塞症病例 ,行尿激酶 2h法溶栓治疗 ,应用临床监测及核素肺灌注显像进行疗效分析。所有患者均行标准化护理。结果 应用标准化护理和尿激酶 2h法溶栓后 ,治愈 8例 ,显效 4例 ,好转 5例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 4例。溶栓过程中患者未见严重出血 ,血压及心率平稳 ,症状明显改善。结论 急性肺血栓栓塞症应用标准化护理和尿激酶
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of thromblytic therapy and analyze the effects of standardized nurse care in patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism Methods The diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism was based on the results of perfusion lung scanning,chest CT,or ultrasound cardiogram Twenty five patients were received thrombolytic therapy and standardized nursing care Results Treated by thrombolytic therapy and standardized nursing care in 21 patients (21/25) were cured or improved,without serious adverse compliance including extensive bleeding The blood presse and heart rate remained steady during the procedure Conclusion It is effective and safe to administer standardized nursing care and UK intravenously in 2 h to treat pulmonary thromboembolism
