红霉素对急性肺损伤的有限性保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨红霉素 (EM )对急性肺损伤 (ALI)动物模型的干预作用。方法 经大鼠尾静脉注射无菌油酸 (OA) 0 15ml/kg复制ALI模型 ,经大鼠腹腔注射 180mg/kg的EM进行预防或治疗 ,预防组于复制大鼠ALI模型前 2h给予EM ,治疗组在复制大鼠ALI模型后 2、2 4及 48h分别给予EM。分别观测ALI模型大鼠肺组织的病理变化。结果 与ALI组相比 ,EM预防组和EM治疗组大鼠肺组织病理改变显著减轻 ,其支气管肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞均显著减少 ,但预后无显著差异。结论 EM能抑制中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞向损伤肺组织浸润 ,减轻ALI的肺组织病变 ,对ALI起有限性保护作用。 Objective To explore the intervention of erythromycin(EM) on acute lung injury(ALI) in rat model MethodsALI rat model was established by intravenous i njection of oleic acid(OA) EM of 180 mg/kg was injected intraperitoneally t wo h ours before OA challenge in the prevention group and consecutive three days afte r OA challenge in the treatmen group ResultsCompared with con trol group,the aninmals in prevention group and treatmen group had lower lung extent,milder pathomorphological changes and pathologic integral The concentra tion of protein and the numbers of neutrophils and lymphocytes in bronchoalveola r lavage fluid(BALF) were also reduced ConclusionEM may part ly prevent the development of ALI by inhibiting the neutrophil and lymphocyte ac cumulatation in the lung
