摘要
在科技高速发展和经济日趋全球化的今天,人才竞争已经成为提高企业竞争力,乃至国家竞争力的关键。通过对人力资源实际价值和理论价值的分析,结合我国实际,从市场、制度建设、利用标准等几个方面探讨了人力资源有效利用的几个问题。
With the fast development of science and technology and economic globalization, talent competition has already become the key to make an enterprise, even a country competitive. By analyzing the real value and theoretical value of HR, combining with the reality of China, several aspects, such as the market construction, regulations construction and the utilization standard of HR, are discussed in this paper.
