摘要
胆固醇7α-羟化酶是胆固醇转化为胆酸过程中的关键酶,对维持机体的胆固醇内环境稳定起着重要作用。胆固醇对7α-羟化酶有诱导作用,在种属之间有很大差异。新近发现胆固醇并不单独决定该酶的活性,膳食中的脂肪酸和胆固醇的组合最终决定该酶的活性。这些调节作用主要通过LXRα、RXRα和PPARα对胆固醇的7α-羟化酶在转录水平调节实现。
Cholesterol 7alpha-hydroxylase (CYP7Al) is the key enzyme during the conversion of cholesterol to bile acid, and it is important to maintain the stable level of cholesterol in body. Cholesterol can induce the activity of CYP7Al, but the effect has great difference among different strain. The recent research has found that cholesterol do not determine the activity of CYP7Al by itself only, it is the combination of cholesterol and fatty acid in diet that determine the activity indeed ultimately. These regulations are realized mainly by LXRα、RXRαand PPARαon the translation level.
