摘要
使用自行设计的毛细管电泳柱端安培检测系统,用非水介质对盐酸胺碘酮进行了测定。着重研究了缓冲溶液浓度及其pH、非水介质甲醇的浓度、检测电位对测定的影响。在优化的实验条件下,盐酸胺碘酮在80mg/L~1mg/L范围内,峰高与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.2mg/L。
Using self - constructed electrochemical detection system, Amiodarone Hydrochloride was detected by HPCE. several parameters affecting the determination were studied, including affect of potenial of working electrode, organic concentration and running buffer, acidity and working voltage. Under the best condition, a linearity exists between peak height (Y) and mass concentration of (c) in the range of 10~80mg/L, determination limit is 0.2mg/L.
