摘要
根据产品结构特点,通过原材料选择及工艺方案的比较,确定了进气道成型工艺流程。通道采用带芯轴的可拆卸的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料阳模手糊成型。唇口、端口采用模压成形。通道与唇口、端口及安装连接件在设有多个定位装置的装配夹具上糊为一体,实现了整体成型。从而获得了外观好、内型面光滑、结构尺寸符合设计要求、与滑油箱装配协调的进气道。
According to structure characters, forming process of an airintake was determined through choosing raw materials and comparing tech-nical schemes. The intake was made by hand layup, the force plug wasmade of hard polyurethane foam with a mandrel which could be dismant-led easily. The inlet and the outlet were formed by compression moulding.The intake was pasted with inlet and outlet as well as other connectingparts on a jig which contains several locating pins.Through all these pro-cedures, the air intake's internal surface was smooth, its dimensions metthe design requirement, and it also coordinated with the installation oflubricating oil tank.
